Joanne Arsenault

Joanne Arsenault is an Associate Project Scientist in the Department of Nutrition and the Program in International and Community Nutrition at the University of California, Davis, where she also received a PhD.

She has training and specialization in international nutrition and epidemiology, and has expertise in dietary intake assessment and evaluation of nutritional status and outcomes in low-income populations. She has served as a consultant to various organizations, including the World Health Organization, FHI360, and the International Food Policy Research Institute. She has worked in Africa, Asia, and South America.
